Richard's MP3 files

This is my MP3 collection. Most files come from ripping my own CDs (honestly!).
I use A Better CD Encoder (abcde) with cdparanoia and L.A.M.E Ain't an MP3 Encoder using the --r3mix option.
You can achieve the same excellent quality using CDex by using the R3Mix Preset quality setting.
On MacOS you can use Audion with these encoder options.
Starting with L.A.M.E. version 3.96 I now use the -q2 -m j -v -V2 -b 32 -B 320 --nogaptags --nogap options.

These pages were made using mp3index from the mp3tools package with a custom mp3format and some homebrew scripts.

The following pages are all compressed using gzip. Modern HTTP 1.1 compatible browsers should not have any problems displaying them. If you are experiencing difficulties viewing them, drop me an E-mail.

• Files grouped per artist
• Files grouped per album (not all my mp3 files belong to an album)
• All mp3 files on 1 page.
  Warning: I have some 20000 files which are all in 1 HTML table in a 4+ Mb HTML file. Some browsers don't like this. :-)
